During this time a student has to make use of the slots within the batch lesson period (i.e if it is 5 lessons then they must be taken within that month) and only two consecutive postponements/cancellations will be considered after which lessons are deemed taken and subsequently forfeited. Purchased batch lessons must be redeemed at a rate of at least 1 hour per week. For example, 6 hours purchased must be redeemed over a period not exceeding 6 weeks. Any hours remaining after the allotted period of validity will be forfeited. Long periods of inactivity by the student beyond the period when lessons should be taken will be seen as a forfeit of the lessons
