I'm currently studying computer science and math at the University of Toronto (UofT). I have a strong passion for math and computer science, and I have also made the dean's list for high distinction every year since 2017.

I have a few years of experience teaching high school students in the following subjects: functions, advanced functions, computer science (grade 11 & 12), and calculus.

I love teaching students the best techniques to break down and tackle problems that seem extremely difficult at first.

I will communicate with the student to determine which areas he/she is having difficulty with. This ensures that I can tackle the areas that the student is having the most difficulty with. Also, I would like to determine how the student is approaching the problem to look for any knowledge gaps that I should help the student fill. I will always keep an open mind to determine the best way of learning for a student. For example, I understand that some students learn much faster through visuals. Read less
