I am teaching Secondary school math (both E-Math and A-Math) and JC H1/2 Math at the west region of Singapore. I have been underwent training from a tuition centre and am currently teaching primary school and secondary school students mainstream math curriculum and math olympiad. I have consistently obtained A grade for Math in school, and a A grade for the GCE A Level exams, with a 90 Rank Point. I am passionate in Math and am able to help identify student mistakes, guiding them with proper presentation and question tips to answer the questions. My teaching style is the facilitator style, where I will help address the questions and doubts that students will have. I am able to run through the Math content with them before doing questions together to help solidify their understanding in the topic. Read less

My approach will depend on the student’s needs and learning style. However, my teaching is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I usually focus on exam-style or past paper questions in order to check, practice and perfect the student’s understanding and technique. Read less
