I believe that each person learns differently and therefore different methods should be used to help students achieve mastery. I believe that patience is also important in helping the student to feel comfortable and really focus on learning the material. I like to learn about what students are passionate about and apply that in my lessons or in terms of why mastery is important. I also like to know if they are a visual or auditory learner in order to give them techniques for better learning! Read less
